Hello! My name is Brian, and I’m a certified personal trainer with 8 years experience training clients physically and online. I started my love for health and fitness back in high school when I joined the wrestling team to prepare myself for Marine Corps boot camp.
From there I enlisted into the Marines as an infantryman serving two combat tours to Iraq. My time in service as a gun team leader gave me the abilities to encourage my clients and push them to their limits to achieve goal success.
I firmly believe that a good trainer is the first line of defense against preventable diseases and medical conditions such as obesity and heart disease. For this reason, I’m always continuing my education as a trainer and keeping up to date with medical news to better serve you.

I’m now mainly serving both men and women across the world with fitness and nutrition programs via online training in regions such as Great Britain, Australia, and of course the good old United States. However, I do cater to clients in the Orange County area of California with home training or outdoor sessions at Miles Square Park.
